  • No! Competition and convention registration are completely separate. Teams can attend competition only, convention only, or join us for the full Dance Team Edit weekend!

  • Dance Team Edit will take place December 5–6, 2026 at Milford High School in Michigan.

    Competition: Saturday, December 5
    Time: 12PM - 7PM

    Convention: Sunday, December 6
    Time: 9AM-4:30PM

  • Yes! Parents, family and friends are invited to watch and support their dancers during the competition on Saturday.

    The Sunday convention is closed to spectators so dancers and teachers can have the full convention experience.

  • The convention will have two separate rooms:

    Middle School (5th-8th Graders)
    High School (9th-12th Graders)

    Classes will be designed specifically for the age and level of dancers in each room.

  • Dance Team Edit will offer four competition categories:

    JAZZ • POM • HIP HOP • GAME DAY

  • Competition is open to both school dance teams and All Star dance teams.

  • Yes! Teams are welcome to enter multiple categories.

  • Convention: Yes! Use the registration tab to register.

    Competition: Competition entries are designed for teams.

  • Dancers should wear comfortable, fitted dance wear that allows them to move safely throughout the day.

  • Our convention faculty and class lineup will be announced soon! Classes will feature styles and training specifically selected for today's dance team dancer, including Hip Hop, Pom, and Jazz.
